Registration > Fisrt registration on Sciencesconf?

To register on the Scienceconf platform, follow these steps :

1. Create an account : Click on Login > Create account and fill the requires information.

2. Activate your account : After registering, you will receive an activation e-mail. Make sure to validate it.

3. Complete your registration for JED 2025 : Once your account is activated, follow the steps below to finalize your event registration.

 

After logging into your Scienceconf account, follow these steps :

1. Access the registration page : Click on Registration > JED Registration.

2. Fill out the form : Complete all the required information.

3. Review your details : Click on Overview to check and confirm your registration.

Make sure all the information is correct before validating your registration.

4. Confirm your registration : Click on Register to finalize your registration.

5. Proceed with payment : Complete your registration by making the payment via purchase order (send the informations to your lab) or HelloAsso.

 

Choice of payment by bank transfer:

 

Click on the "payer par virement bancaire" button, then

Copy and paste the Helloasso url into your browser's search bar to access the payment website.

 

Choice by order form:

 

Send the information below (adresse d'envoi du bon) to your laboratory

 

 

Once you have registered, you can submit your abstract in the Submit an abstract tab.
