Abstract guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted online via the Submit an abstract tab. They must be written in english and should not exceed 350 words. You can find a template in the Templates tab.
Abstract structure:
Introduction : Present the context, hypotheses, or objectives of your research.
Materials and methods: Describe the methods used or planned. If your method has not yet been implemented, you may present your projected protocol.
Results : Present the results obtained or, if not available, the expected outcomes.
Discussion/Conclusion (if possible) : Add a discussion or conclusion depending on the progress of your research.
Presentation guidelines
All communications will be conducted in english.
Thesis project (1st years only)
Lenght : 3 minutes + 1 or 2 questions
Visual medium : 1 diaporama slide, without any animations or slide duplications (see template)
Oral presentation (2nd years and above)
Lenght : 10 minutes + a few questions
Visual medium : Diaporama (see template)
Poster
Dimensions : A0, vertical layout
Time slots will be allotted to allow discussions around your posters.
