The Doctoral College nBISE days (JED nBISE) is a conference organised by and for PhD students in order to showcase their work.

More than a simple academic conference, this event promotes interdisciplinary conversations between young researchers. Through oral presentations, poster displays and round-table discussions, this conference is an opportunity to expore various domains of biodiversity, health and environment. It is also a great moment to network and developp new skills.

The conference will take place in Caen on Mai 21^st and 22^nd 2026, at the Dôme, Caen Normandie's Science Center.

The days will consist of your presentations in various forms:

• Thesis Projects - only for 1st year students, a short presentation of your thesis subject with one diapositive as an illustrative support
• Oral communications - not for 1st year students, presentation of your thesis subjects and results.
• Posters - open to all.

All presentation will be made in english and shall be simplified enough to be understood by all participating students.

At the end of the first day, a gala will be held at La Case Départ and housing for students from Rouen and Le Havre will have sleeping accomodations.

Registrations and abstration submissions are open until April 3^rd 2026, be sure to sign up !

Registration fees include access to the two days of conferences, meals (both lunches, dinner on the 21st, breakfast on the 22nd and coffee breaks) and sleeping accomodations.
